FAQ

RocCity Mental Health Counseling, PLLC, is a network of experienced therapists who operate their own individual practices. RocCity Mental Health Counseling was developed as a response to the growing need for therapy services in our community and to help reduce the search of finding a therapist who has openings. Coming together for screening and referrals allows us to refer in our Preferred Provider Network to help get you connected faster.

All therapists who are Preferred Providers of RocCity Mental Health Counseling maintain their own independent therapy practices, set their own rates and hours, and maintain their own records and office space. HIPAA continues to apply and your information and records are kept solely within your individual therapist’s practice and are not shared with the network.

Erin Wong, Meg Meehan, Ashley Toland, Caedran Koch, Jessica McDermott, Michelle Lentine, Alaina Dionisio, and Amanda Shultes are located at 140 Allens Creek Road, Suite 120, Rochester, NY 14618.

Lindsay Lupiani’s office is located at 25 Canterbury Place, Rochester NY 14607.

Christina Cali, Damaris Attanasio and Erin O’Toole provide telehealth sessions only.

All therapists also provide telehealth services.

Credit card, cash, check, and most HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
